Our service team strives for perfection and wants to give you the feeling of being „home away from home“.
- our pool area is open for you from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Bavarian sweat room (sauna) and steam grotto always open in the afternoon from 12:00 pm to 08:00 pm.
- Kneipp bassin, hot pool (approx.. 34-36 degrees Celsius)
- Whirlpool (approx.. 34-36 degrees Celsius), fitness room
- Kids play room with ball pool for our small guests, table tennis
- the listed prices include all running costs (energy, water, heating) and VAT
- Foosball and billiards at a small charge
- Dogs up to poodle size 7,00€ per day
- Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, the „Kristallbar” as well as the Wellness areas
- You are welcome to arrive from 12:00 pm onwards. Your room will be available around 02:00 pm.
- Your ¾ feel-good pension already starts on the day of your arrival at 02:00 pm and ends with breakfast on the day of your departure.
- On the day of your departure we ask you to clear your room until 11:00 am – of course you are welcome to still enjoy the amenities of our hotel free of charge until 02:00 pm.
- You have the opportunity to book the “late check-out” on your departure day which extends your stay until 07:00 pm. The additional charge will be 20,00€ per person. The “late check-out” allows you access to the wellness area until 07:00 pm and includes the afternoon snack.
